R绘图小工具-配色篇(1)- 色彩展示函数
写在前面:作为一个刚开始从业生信的吊车尾,认为生信技能要来自于网罗,举一反三,加以思考,为自己的目的加以练习。
本次的思路来自于RColorBrewer和ggsci
目标:做一个便于保存自己配色,且随时进行查看的Rscript,后续考虑实用性,再加以制作R包
下面是一个简单的基于 Base Plotting System 的绘图代码,便于适用于不同版本的base-R
功能:输入一个色彩向量,自动画出方格图,并表上数字,方便自行挑选使用的颜色。
